(Rosen Tantau 2009) This large-flowered, strongly fragranced hybrid tea rose was ceremoniously christened in the Uetersen monastery garden in 2009, Goethes anniversary year. The large crimson-violet flowers do justice to the name with a full hybrid tea rose fragrance. The foliation is striped green-blue and exceptionally robust. Johann Wolfgang von Goethe roses are very well suited as cut flowers.
(Rosen Tantau 2014) A royal beauty of the nostalgic shrub roses. Enchanting flowers with a scent reminiscent of old roses set crimson-purple accents in romantic gardens. This variety is very bushy, produces an abundance of shoots and is particularly resistant to fungal diseases. Very well suited for rose hedges and the back of borders. It can also be cultivated as a climbing rose in regions with favourable conditions.
(Rosen Tantau 2021) Noblesse® lives up to its name. The shape of the flowers and elegant perfume are aristocratic. It loves weather that is worthy of her, but continues to flower nonchalantly after strong rain. Its robust character does true justice to its descent from our healthiest breeding lines.
(Rosen Tantau 2019) Pacific Blue® convinces with its outstanding intense fragrance and its unique lilac-blue flower colour. The colour is similar to our classic Mainzer Fassnacht® from 1964. This modern noble rose grows particularly densely bushy and blooms enormously richly. Also as a cut rose, Pacific Blue® is exceptionally productive with its noble flowers.
(Rosen Tantau 2019) Oriental fragrance and opulence such as historic Damascus roses are the enchanting characteristics of this variety. It forms a bushy habit and its marvelous fully doubled flowers display in great abundance.

(Rosen Tantau 2016) Ozeana® enchants every visitor to our rose fields. The sea of lilac flowers radiate from afar and flood those who view them with a wave of sweet oriental fragrance. The Ozeana® climbing rose can be grown in a variety of ways, including as a vertically growing shrub rose. It also looks beautiful grown in groups.

The Nostalgic®Gräfin von Hardenberg® shrub rose forms loose branches with long trailing shoots. We recommend a good rose location (full sun) for this variety.

(Rosen Tantau 1967) The first thing you notice about this variety is the wonderfully elegant, large, fully double flowers in a shade of pure bronze-yellow. The colour is really unique. Upright, bushy growth habit. The extremely luxuriant shooting ensures continuous flowering throughout the summer and into the autumn. Winter protection has proven to be advantages for this hybrid tea rose. Sensitive to mildew attacks.
(Rosen Tantau 1976) The almost black buds open up very slowly into large, fully double flowers in a brilliant, velvety shade of dark red. The flowers are exceptionally long lasting. A hybrid tea rose with silvery dark-green foliage that produces a lot of shoots and is well branched.
