(Rosen Tantau 2023) Spinelli was ceremoniously christened at the 2023 Federal Horticultural Show in Mannheim. I. In color psychology the color yellow stands for joy but also for energy, light and especially the color golden yellow for optimism and wisdom. This makes Spinelli a perfect ambassador for the future-relevant guiding themes of the BUGA 2023: Climate, Environment, Energy and Food Security. But above all this rose is simply a sunshine in your garden!

(Rosen Tantau 1993) The medium-sized, elegantly shaped flowers in a golden-yellow hue are very long-lasting and appear in large numbers in lush umbels. The plant grows beautifully rounded and stocky.

(Rosen Tantau 2013) The bright yellow petals take on a tinge of pink in cooler temperatures. The semi-double flowers appear abundantly on the densely bushy plants and have great powers of attraction for bees. The open flowers provide easy access to the pollen for bees and other insects.  

(Rosen Tantau 2005) Compact growing floribunda with very expressive, bright lemon-yellow, nostalgically double flowers. Strong, compact growth, very good repeat-flowering.

(Rosen Tantau 2012) Vigorously growing floribunda rose. The plants are particularly bushy, produce a lot of shoots and are hardy. The flowers, which appear relatively late, are reminiscent of round paper lanterns. The medium-sized blooms are bright yellow, very full and double-flowered. The outer side of the petals features a red flame. Lampion® bloom in thickly adorned clusters, generally a main flush with 3-4 side buds. The foliage is an intense dark-green, very glossy and extremely healthy.

(Rosen Tantau 2001) Large flowers - nostalgically double. Blooms throughout the summer in a wonderful warm, golden yellow color. The strong fragrance of the rose is also excellent. The flowers are well suited for vase cutting. Very vigorous.

(Rosen Tantau 1966) Large flowers, which are fully double and golden yellow, bloom in abundance all summer long. The good branching habit of this climbing rose and its healthy new shooting ensure long-lasting flowering pleasure. Goldstern® is very winter hardy and robust.

(Rosen Tantau 2010). Dukat® is a rich-flowering and large-flowered climbing rose. It first blooms dark yellow, fading when open. The flowers are loosely double and have a sweet, fruity fragrance.

(Rosen Tantau 2001) A robustly growing shrub rose with large, semi-double, yellow flowers. Extremely robust and healthy variety. Medium green, very glossy foliage.

(China) Commonly known as the barbed wire rose. The flowers are simple, small and pure white. It has feathery foliation.

(W. Kordes`Söhne 1953) Very large, fully double flowers in a brilliant golden yellow colour, strong fragrance. Continues to produce individual flowers through to autumn.

(Helmsly) Chinese Gold Rose -  single, yellow simple flowers, very early, floriferous.
