(Rosen Tantau 2018) This purple bedding rose expels generously its fragrance of fresh limes. It grows easily in pots and in beds likewise.  Dreaming in colour This rose has been named after the patchwork artist Kaffe Fassett. He designs true color fireworks and his colorful quilts are unique. Kaffe Fassett also creates mosaics, knitting patterns, fabrics of vivid colors and much else. (EUROSA  breeder / Rosen Tantau 2007) A perennial rambler rose with large clusters of flowers, starting off purplepink and fading to a violet-blue. Its foliage is small, glossy and very hardy. Perennial Blue starts to flower already on shorter new shoots around 1 m long and on side shoots of older branches. This allows it to achieve an abundant and lush play of colours. The flexible shoots are easy to bend and can be trained into a broad, branched plant structure. Perennial Blue is particularly well suited for trellises, arches and also pillars. We recommend a good summer cutback after the first flush. 

(Rosen Tantau 2009) This large-flowered, strongly fragranced hybrid tea rose was ceremoniously christened in the Uetersen monastery garden in 2009, Goethe’s anniversary year. The large crimson-violet flowers do justice to the name with a full hybrid tea rose fragrance. The foliation is striped green-blue and exceptionally robust. Johann Wolfgang von Goethe roses are very well suited as cut flowers.

With this successful novelty, we are expanding our rambler range with another variety. This pink-violet-flowering rambler can be beautifully trained over rose arches and along fences, transforming seating areas and pergolas into enchanted places. A robust and vigorous variety that flowers in rich sprays. Manhattan Blue® is a descendant of the richly flowering rambler rose Perennial Blue, which has been a classic in our range for many years.

(Rosen Tantau 2016) The double flowers open in a cool violet and produce a warm copper-orange from their center. The exotic flower fragrance is just as striking as the color contrast.

(Rosen Tantau 2020)  The name Djamila means the beauty and this rose is richly deserving of its name. It is the darkest of our Orienta® roses and particularly popular with its blackberry shade of colour. It also has an intensive, delicious fragrance, which is much appreciated by the bees.

(Rosen Tantau 2013) An extraordinary Starlet Beauty® rose in every respect. The plants produce an abundance of shoots and are densely bushy, the foliage is light-green and extremely resistant to fungal attacks. Melina repeat flowers all summer long in medium-sized clusters with 3-6 individual blooms. Fully double-flowered blooms that start off violet and later turn light-blue with a very strong, sweet and fruity fragrance. The flowers are very long lasting.
