(Rosen Tantau 2009) This large-flowered, strongly fragranced hybrid tea rose was ceremoniously christened in the Uetersen monastery garden in 2009, Goethes anniversary year. The large crimson-violet flowers do justice to the name with a full hybrid tea rose fragrance. The foliation is striped green-blue and exceptionally robust. Johann Wolfgang von Goethe roses are very well suited as cut flowers.
