Midsummer®

(Rosen Tantau 1970) The outer colour of the hybrid tea rose is a warm, vibrant yellow, while the inner petals are shaded in a light, warm red. They bloom quite slowly to very full double flowers. Strong, upright, bushy growth habit. Resistant foliation, winter hardy.

(Rosen Tantau 2022) This summer, it is already blooming in front of Dornburg Castle, whose pastel colors it reflects. In 2022, the Dornburg Castle Rose® was awarded the ADR quality mark.

(Rosen Tantau 2016)  Our customers simply love the Nostalgic® hybrid tea rose Maxim®. The petals are a brilliant pink inside while the outside is a silvery white colour. Maxim® will win you over with its gorgeous colouring, attractive double-flowered blooms and wonderful fragrance. It produces an abundance of flowers and its very glossy foliage is extremely healthy.

(H. Wheatcroft 1973) The large, golden-yellow-red striped flowers usually bloom singly on taut stems. The strong shoot ensures a continuous, lush succession of flowers. The foliage of the plant is strikingly glossy, medium green.

(Rosen Tantau 2008) The flowers are wonderfully evenly colored dark red, refreshed by light pink, irregularly appearing stripes. The plant grows, especially from the second year onwards, with excellent bushiness, round and closed - even in the second flush. The leaves are dark green, medium-sized and very glossy.

(Rosen Tantau 1999) Extremely strong and vigorously growing climbing rose in an intensive pink. Shogun® charms with is elegant, fully double flowers. This variety is very healthy and resistant to rain.

(Rosen Tantau 2009) Classic low rose with an exciting play of colours blooming in coppery orange through peachy yellow to light pink. Very good self-cleaning behaviour of the flowers. Jazz® can easily grow upright as high as 70 cm. This small shrub rose also looks very attractive planted in small groups.

(Roses Tantau 2021)  She is an offspring of our highly decorated Camelot®. Its health, bloom and characteristic sprinkles are a reminder of her mother variety. For those who find the growth of Camelot® too untameable Lancelot® provides all the qualities in the form of a compact shrub rose.  

(Rosen Tantau 2024) Cheerful, colourful flowers decorate the arching shoots of our Tucan®. Planted as a solitary plant, it attracts attention with its size and growth habit and caresses us with its pleasant, light fragrance. Planted together with blue-flowering perennials, the result is an exciting sight. Its strong foliage has a beautiful dark lustre. It has a high resistance to fungal diseases.

This lovely rose radiates cheerfulness! The shimmering pink tones seem to play with the pastel yellow nuances in the sunlight. No wonder numerous insects are attracted to this color composition and join the round dance. Growing over a pergola or on a divider it provides us with a cozy place of retreat in the garden.

Its ball-shaped flowers, colour combination of creamy white and cherry, the fragrance, the extremely glossy leaves and the lovely red-tinged shoots have led to its worldwide popularity.

(Rosen Tantau 2006) A very large-flowered Nostalgie® Hybrid Tea rose with a play of colors between red and peach-yellow. Aquarell® is particularly vigorous and blooms profusely with a strong, fruity-sweet fragrance.
