Uetersener Klosterrose®
(Rosen Tantau 2006) A climbing rose that shoots very well and whose ball-shaped flower cup is reminiscent of the famous “Raubritter” rambler. Whereby the Uetersener Klosterrose produces a good second flush of flowers. The cream-coloured flowers open to reveal their yellow stamen, yet the overall impression is romantic and delicate. The sweet wild-rose fragrance is definitely not overpowering but rather pleasantly mild. The open flowers provide easy access to the pollen for bees and other insects. The climbing rose is extremely healthy with a vigorous growth habit. We recommend the annual shoots be bent horizontally for best flowering performance.
