Starlet® Roses are the little sisters of the large flowered, classic climbing roses and the historic ramblers. These novelities are really beautiful on on their way up.
Starlet® Roses, the Mini-Climbers of Rosen Tantau reach a height of 1.5 m to 2.0 m, are very floriferous and produce many basal shoots.
The long-lasting and fully double flowers are medium sized (approx. 5 - 6 cm). Some of them enchant with their fragrance. Another distinctive feature is the repeated production of basal shoots which promise a continous flowering throughout the summer.
Starlet® Roses are perfect in tubs for patio gardening on terraces and balconies as low compact screens or as a romantic surround for sitting areas. Starlet® Roses should be planted into tubs with volumes of at least 20 l and placed at sunny spots. They are happy to be fertilized weekly during the growing season.
