Shrub species roses
Most of the shrub roses are garden roses with species rose character, which do not climb, mostly forming bushy shrubs. With a few exceptions most shrup roses flower only once.
They should be spaced at 100 to 150 cm.
Their primary use is for hedges, screening; also attractive to bees.
