ADR Groundcover roses
Ground cover roses for charming area greening
Plantings of ground cover roses are very easy to care for due to their resistance to leaf diseases typical of the variety and because of the reduction in weed growth by quickly covering areas. Ground-covering roses are available in our house as grafts or also propagated from cuttings on so-called “own roots”. While the refinements are particularly suitable for use in gardens, the rooted ground cover roses in pots are mainly delivered to horticultural businesses and cities under the name Cityflor® roses. Cityflor® roses are the result of careful breeding work. Only the robust varieties are selected in the harsh climate of Schleswig-Holstein in field trials lasting several years and propagated without roots. Strict Europe-wide tests guarantee that Rosen Tantau's high demands on the internal and external quality of the plants are met to the end. Cityflor® roses are cultivated in large 1.5 or 2 liter culture pots and the tested special substrate with a high clay content for optimal growth. All plants are cultivated for at least 1.5 years, so winter losses due to intensive rapid cultivation are a thing of the past with Cityflor® roses. In our extensive range you will of course find ground cover roses with excellent leaf health, with different flower diameters and different flower colors - such as pink or white, red or yellow. You can also find sought-after ADR® roses as ground cover.
