Instructions on withdrawal

 

You have the right to withdraw from a contract without giving any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal from the contract, you must inform us

by sending a clear statement of your withdrawal by letter or e-mail within the withdrawal period.

The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you (who is not the carrier) has taken possession of the goods.

You can use the attached sample withdrawal form, although this is not mandatory.

 

II Consequences of withdrawal

When you withdraw from this contract and return the goods, we will refund all payments we received from you, including the delivery costs.

If you chose a delivery method other than the standard delivery offered by us, we do not refund the delivery costs to you.

You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You must return the goods to us no later than 14 days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal from the contract. The deadline is met if you return the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

You will receive the refund no later than 14 days after we receive notice of your withdrawal.

We can withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods.

For this refund, we will use the same method of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. In no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment.

You have to cover the costs if there is any loss in value of the goods that derives from handling the goods in a manner that is not necessary for checking their condition, characteristics and functioning.
